New Roof for Ministry Center
The Baptist Center in Dakar is a ministry hub in one of the poorest and least-reached areas of the city. For decades, Jesus has touched and changed lives through the center’s outreach ministries such as skill classes, ESL, kids’ clubs, and Bible studies. After almost 40 years, the roof is leaking, and ministries are in jeopardy of closing because of it. Your gift will put on a new roof, keeping the love of Christ flowing into lives here.
Dakar Center Ministry
Through the Impact Dakar Center, we engage the Dakar community with the gospel. Your gift will help us host community development and outreach events among children, youth, and adults at the Impact Dakar Center, spreading the good news that Jesus saves. Additionally, trainings at the center disciple local believers in their personal walk with the Lord, equip them to engage their community, and encourage them to enter into ministry opportunities.
Gospel Fluency
Sharing the gospel clearly, correctly, and fluently as we evangelize, disciple, and teach is our team’s top priority. Learning language and culture takes time, effort, and grace from the Lord. The Lottie Moon Christmas Offering provides our basic language training, but your gift will provide our team with more language classes, tutoring, and language-learning materials as we seek to be faithful and grow in gospel fluency.
God is working! The Phase 2 renovations at the Impact Dakar Center are almost complete, and we are eager to begin Phase 3. This expansion will provide space for training national believers in evangelism, discipleship, and church planting...
The goal represents the cost of our team’s ministry activities for this calendar year. The Cooperative Program and Lottie Moon Christmas Offering® (LMCO) fully fund our living expenses. The goal amount resets every January 1st. All gifts completed through this form are directed to our team’s ministry strategy.

Because of your gifts, Janice transformed Amina’s garage into a training house for Christian women. Our team now offers English classes, using Bible stories to teach of God’s amazing love and plan for their lives. In addition, a national partner uses her skills to coach women in soapmaking so they can provide for their families. Thank you for partnering with us to share Christ and meet physical and spiritual needs in this suburb of Dakar.
Reaching the lost with the gospel. Our team is sharing the gospel in Senegal in several different ways because of your gifts. We have an outreach program that teaches vocational skills and presents the gospel. Equipping Senegalese to work in an ever-changing job market meets significant needs, especially for those moving into the capital from rural villages. We are also reaching out into a poor neighborhood through ESL classes. These classes embed Bible stories and spiritual discussions throughout the curriculum. As students acquire new English skills, they also grow in their knowledge and understanding of the Father and His great love for them. In addition, our team is doing children’s ministry in Dakar. God has blessed us with American and local partners to help us reach into the lives and homes of children in our neighborhoods.

Unique Opportunity to Deliver the Gospel. The Hope Project presents the gospel through a storyteller from each of the 16 targeted people groups in West Africa. The face of their countryman familiarizes the gospel, helping listeners understand that the message belongs in their culture. The project also provides follow-up lessons and resources, equipping believers among the people groups to disciple those who watch The Hope film.
